Lana and Corey Foster

Photography. Family. Community.

Peak Property Photography owners, Lana and Corey Foster, are a husband and wife team that originally hail from the scenic mountains of east Tennessee. Both moved  to middle Tennessee in 1997 to attend MTSU’s distinguished Mass Communications program. They have experienced many exciting changes happen to Nashville since then, including the incredible changes in Middle Tennessee real estate markets, the unmatched talent of this generation of Nashville creatives, and the growth and progression of our surrounding communities.

After graduating with a specialized degree in photography, Lana has amassed over 20 years of work experience in film, digital, and even darkroom work, a craft she still performs for Calvert’s Photography in Burns, TN. A few years ago, a real estate friend introduced her to property photography, and she found a way to combine her photography expertise and her love for real estate and home design. She has been photographing homes ever since.

Lana Foster and Corey Foster

Corey is a man of many talents. A natural problem solver and self-proclaimed Renaissance man, he has a knack for understanding things and a passion to develop new skills. A long-standing Nashville business owner, he has spent over two decades in the media industry with experience ranging from digital content creation, photography, 3D animation, publishing, and broadcast video production. Corey was enamored with aerial photography from the first day he witnessed a drone flight. Since then he has owned and/or piloted half a dozen unmanned aircraft, and served  as Remote Pilot in Command on countless photo and video projects. Corey is an FAA Certified Commercial Remote Pilot.

Together Lana and Corey designed and built their family home over twenty years ago, settling just west of Nashville in the beautiful town of Kingston Springs. A fixture in our community at local festivals and farmers’ markets, Lana also gives talks on beekeeping at the local library and school. Corey is known simply as “Coach Corey” to the many elementary and middle school soccer players that he has coached over the years. (Go Dragons!) He currently sits on the Cheatham County Library Board as Chairman. Both love their local community, are diehard Nashville Predators fans, love to experience the World, and are thrilled to be raising their two daughters in middle Tennessee.
